Jungle Bird

Widely considered the gateway to Campari, the Jungle Bird is a Tiki-style drink with just enough of the bitter orange liquer to offset the sweetness of the pineapple. Because this drink is often made with a dark rum and we don’t have access to a dark rum, we whipped up a batch of Muscovado syrup to provide more of that earthy, mollases character.
