Ginstachio

A festive springy cocktail featuring the classic Italian Nut! No not James Anthony, the Pistachio! Orgeat is a classic Tiki ingredient, usually made with Almonds, to add creamy characteristics and a subtle nutty note. We made ours with Pistachio to bring a hint of green and some Italian flair to pair with the floral-forward gin from Waypoint.
