Solafiore

Floral grapefruit, vanilla & subtle peppery notes emerge from the pillowy white head to introduce a rush of creamy wheat and a touch of sweetness punctuated by a tart grapefruit zing that invites another sip. It’s refreshing and light without being thin or boring. On hot summer days, we reach for a tall, tall glass of Solafiore. Definitely a house favorite.

sola is Italian for sun, fiore means flower, we mooshed them together cuz…well, there are soooo many beer names that are already taken!
