We had an experimental beer that came out a bit too bitter, and one that came out a bit too sweet. So, naturally, we Goldilocks-ed those and blended ‘em together for that “Just Wright” flavor.
Ok. So maybe it’s not just right for everyone. It is still balanced toward bitter, but that is how ALL IPA’s were before the “New England IPA” revolution. Modern IPA’s are all about being “soft” and “juicy”. This one still packs a bitter, pithy wallop but has a nice malt character to balance it out. Join us in revisiting this enjoyable, “Old School” riff on the original IPA template.
