This is the second beer in a series of Farmhouse-style beers were working on in hopes of breathing new life into this beer style that has….well…gone out of style.

This variation was fermented cool (which emphasizes peppery notes) and re-fermented with local honey & jasmine flowers to provide a unique floral aroma.
