Prova #27

Another Lemon-focused beer (building on Prova #23). Instead of lactose, we added Belgian Candi Sugar and a dose of Belgian Abbaye Yeast. Still tangy & refreshing like P23 but poured with a tall frothy head, this beer has strong lemon-meringue vibes.
