Prova #18

This beer is inspired by the Dark & Stormy – a Bermudian treat which blends Goslings Black Rum with bright, refreshing Ginger Beer. Ginger beer is bolder, spicier and less sweet then it’s more tame cousin (Ginger Ale). To simulate the rich mollases character of dark rum, we fermented this ginger beer with Muscavado Sugar and lots of Organic Ginger.
