Heirloom
A refreshing, citrusy farmhouse / saison. This is not a tart beer (some people associate farmhouse with sour). This is a Belgian-style Farmhouse ale with a distincitive yeast-derived character. The yeast produce lots of citrusy/fruity (orange, red fruit) and pepper (white pepper not hot peppers) notes. The French version is typically bone-dry but the Belgian version retains a touch of sweetness. A very approachable beer with layers of flavor that is still refreshing.
