DDH Staircar

This batch of Staircar didn’t quite pack the same hoppy punch as the first batch. So we diverted a bit for an extra dose of hops. We are using a special type of hop preparation where more of the vegetal matter is removed to increase the concentration of desirable hop aromas (orange, resin, tropical) and cut down on the undesirable aromas (green, cholorophyl, grassy).
