DDH Hopigarchy

Let’s be clear; DDH is pretty meaningless these days. Most hoppy beers in the market today get multiple doses of hops throughout the fermentation process where they would be considered “Dry Hops”. In other words our Hopigarchy DIPA is already dry hopped multiple times. It could be called DDH on it’s own.

But we built this beer with an extra malty base to ensure it could handle yet another dose of hops. So…this is our already multi-dry hopped beer, with even more hops!
