Cranberry Piccolo

This beer’s smooth base with, peppery spice & a touch of honey sweetness provide a perfect backdrop for fruit. Inspired by the success with a similar recipe: Rozata (Sweet Cherries) and Rozata Tart (Sour Cherries) we have used this base beer as Raspberry Piccolo and now, Cran Piccolo. We find the extra tartness from the cranberries really compliments the refreshing, bright aspects of this beer without overshadowing the underlying style.
