Inspired by an Italian Candy that was a yearly holiday tradition, this Imperial Stout is smooth and rich but not too sweet. Cocoa nibs produce a fudgy, chocolate aroma and hazelnut adds a nutty, complex finish. While many dessert centric beers end up sugary and sweet, this one is a celebration of dark chocolate, rich flavors and general – who are we kidding – it’s just freakin' delicious. It’s Hazelnut + Chocolate + Stout. It almost seems like cheating!
