Ancora is Italian for “again”. Sometimes our small beer experiments don’t work as well as planned. We blend these sub-optimal beers and ferment them again with a special yeast that can consume complex sugars better than typical yeast. This brings new flavors to the beer (mainly pineapple & white pepper) and gives these beers a second chance as a funky wild ale! Available in 22 oz bottles only
