Chris Martin

Chris grew up doing a lot of sketching and doodling - going through phases drawing superheroes, mazes and castles. In high school he took some art classes but didn’t really start to paint until after that. He graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in graphic/information design and one summer he took a painting workshop in England and Scotland. After college he studied watercolor with Luciana Heineman for many years along with taking some pen & ink and pastel classes.

Chris enjoys painting landscapes and buildings, often painting from photographs that he takes on vacation. He’s a longtime member of the Windsor Palette and Brush Club and has been in many exhibitions.
